If you’ve made it to this page then it’s more than likely that you’re getting married! Congratulations! There’s no doubt about it though, planning a wedding can be stressful – but booking your wedding cake can be so much fun and I endeavor to make the process as enjoyable as possible.
The Process
Booking a wedding cake is so much more than just choosing your design and flavours, although the latter is rather fun! It’s about working alongside and putting your trust in someone to create a work of art that represents you both as a couple, and that compliments your wedding day perfectly, as well as tasting exceptional.
From the moment you catch a glimpse of one of my cakes right up until your cake is sat pride of place at the venue, I endeavour to help you throughout the whole process ensuring you can well…have your cake and then eat it!

Step 1: Secure Your Date + Downpayment
Contact us either through social media or through our contact form to check if your date is available. It will ask you some details about your day including what your ideas and inspirations are for your wedding cake. You might have a clear idea of what you want or be inspired by one of my previous designs. Or perhaps at this stage you are unsure and I can help come up with a design inspired by your venue, your dress, your wedding stationary or other elements from your day. I will then work out a rough quote based on the information you have provided.
*Please note that since the pandemic I have decided to move most of my business online and will no longer be holding complimentary face to face consultations.
Step 2: Discuss Flavor and Design
Once you have secured your date with a deposit you can relax! The next bit is the fun part. Depending on how much time we have before the big day we will either start looking into the finer details of your cake, arranging an online chat appointment if need be, or we will do this a little nearer the wedding date. Your ideas and visions can change during the planning of your wedding so it is best to have your colors, flowers and decor/style sorted before deciding on the design of your cake.
I will also be in touch to organize tasters with you – believe me when I say this is the hardest decision you’ll have to make. I offer these at set times throughout the year to allow you plenty time to make a decision. There is a PHP 2,250 fee per box, plus delivery fee and you get the choice of five flavors to try from my menu.
Step 3: Finalize Design
Once we have the design finalised, I’ll begin working on a digital sketch based on everything we discussed to help visualise your wedding cake along with a more accurate price. Don’t worry if things aren’t quite right, I can tweak your chosen design until the details are exactly as you want them.
Lastly we can start thinking about the set up for your cake. How you style your cake is just as important as the cake its self and I have a range of different stands, plinths and other props available to hire. I will also work alongside your stylist to ensure your cake is the centerpiece of your reception, other than yourselves of course!
Step 3.1: Payment of Remaining Balance
Now the countdown to seeing your cake in real life is on! Between now and the big day, I will be doing lots of things behind the scenes such as liaising with your florist, stylist and venue and putting things in place for the making of your wedding cake.
A month prior to your wedding date I will be in touch to run through all the details to confirm the design, flavors, timings and everything else is correct. This is also when your remaining balance is due.
After that all you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your wedding day…oh and a slice of cake!
